To make sand available to the people of the state at a cheaper price, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has introduced a sand sales management and monitoring system. The portal is managed by Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited. This portal has been launched to maintain transparency in selling sand to citizens. Here are the steps you need to register as a general consumer or wholesale consumer:

General Consumer Registration

You have to visit the official website of Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited to register.
From the open page, you have to go to the registration option given in the menu bar.

First, enter your mobile number and click on “Send OTP” option
Send OTP to your mobile number and click on submit option
Now enter your Aadhaar number and click on submit option

Bulk consumer registration

You have to visit the official website of Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited to register.
From the open page, you have to go to the registration option given in the menu bar.
Then click on the “Wholesale Consumer Registration” option from the drop-down list

First, enter your mobile number and click on “Send OTP” option
Send OTP to your mobile number and click on submit option
Now enter “GST Number”, click on “Get GST Details” option and the registered address will be displayed on the screen like the company name (per GST), trade name (as per GST), mobile number (per GST) According)) and address (per GST)

Enter OTP and click on submit option

General consumer

Click on “Send Order” option and new fields will be displayed
Select the type of work, type of construction, size of construction and quantity of sand currently required

Then enter a delivery address, first name, District, Rural / Urban, Divisional / Municipality, GP / Ward, Address and PIN code.
Stockyard district, stockyard then select the stockyard name, available quantity, sand price and sand price details
Click on the “Payment” option and click on “Online Payment”
Two payment methods “SBI” and “PAYU” will be displayed in front of you
Enter the details asked and click on the “Pay Now” button to make the payment.

Bulk consumer

Click on “Add Order” option from the open page
Select the type of work, enter the work order/plan approval number, type of construction, size of the construction, enter certified sand quantity and other information

Upload certificates and supporting documents,
Enter Name and select District, Rural / Urban, Divisional / Municipality, GP / Ward, Address and PIN Code
Click on the option “SUBMIT” and your bulk order registration was successful.
Now you have to wait for the approval of the department. Revisit the site and log in. If you find that the order status has changed to “Approval”
Then you need to pay to click on the “Bulk Order Reference Number” option
After checking the displayed details, click on the “Payment” option
Click on the “Online Payment” option and payment method option will appear
Enter details and click on the salary option.
